Updates at the Brickyard House

Spring seems to be a time for building or at least rethinking your nest. True at my nest, too, here are some redos at the Brickyard house. The first shot is my basement...since the house isn't equipped with air and Michigan summers can be hot, the basement is intended to provide a cooler respite during the sultry summer.

The second two shots, living room turned into dining room, sitting room. Again, Michigan weather driving the decor, a warm, multi-fuel pellet stove added with comfy chairs and a dining table for larger get-togethers.

If an artist (check out the website to see the huge artist studio,) scrapper, or just looking for a summer retreat, this is available by the day, week or month.
